The Beginning

With seven years of practice behind us, Dr. Josh and I set out to create something unique, drawing upon the best aspects of our previous experiences. We had been fortunate enough to collectively experience quite a few different associate positions and felt ready to create something of our own. Our belief in truly understanding our patients’ daily lives has shaped our approach. We spend more time with our patients than what some might deem the industry average. Spending 60 minutes with each new patient and dedicating 20-30 minutes to follow-up visits allows us to address not only your immediate concerns but also offer comprehensive guidance on stretches, posture, ergonomics, and more.
Our goal was to help patients not only get better but stay better by empowering them to incorporate the right habits into their daily routines. We are chiropractors by trade, but we are wellness professionals at heart. Health is so much more than any one medical disciple or practice. Health is holistic. We also wanted to make our services easily accessible and convenient, which is why we offer both in-office treatments and house calls, understanding that our patients are busy and constantly on the go. And so, On-The-Go Wellness® was born!
Embracing a Unique Approach

As I mentioned, what sets On-The-Go Wellness® apart goes beyond our treatment techniques. It lies in our genuine care and compassion for our patients. We treat each person who walks through our doors like family, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. This is a lesson and a habit that we owe to our mentors Dr. Rick Markson from Plantation, Florida, and Dr. John Lockenour from Port Orange, Florida, who have not only imparted valuable knowledge and treatment skills but have also instilled in us the importance of truly connecting with those that we treat.
We wanted to create a space that defies the impersonal nature that healthcare sometimes carries (sadly). The journey to reach this point has been anything but easy. We decided to go full-time in the midst of a global pandemic…yes, we are crazy. But we are also crazy about what we do! It was undoubtedly challenging, but it was even more rewarding.
We remained steadfast in our mission to help our patients not only overcome pain but also live well and stay well. YOUR trust and belief in us have been our guiding light. So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

A Global Perspective

Dr. Josh and I share a deep love for health, wellness, and adventure. Before settling in Miami, we embarked on an incredible two-year journey, exploring Asia and Europe after living in Singapore. Together, we’ve explored over 45 countries, gaining invaluable insights into different cultures. What does this have to do with our business, you ask?
These experiences have profoundly shaped us as individuals and practitioners. We’ve gained such an appreciation for the world, the different people and cultures it holds, and one simple fact: no matter how different we are in our cultures and beliefs, languages and appearances, and a multitude of other factors, we are all human, we all need connection and compassion, and we all need to prioritize our wellness.
The truth is, we’re really not all that different at the end of the day. This belief has shaped the way we approach our business, the environment we foster, and the care we give. At On-The-Go Wellness®, once you are a patient, you are a part of our family. And we are so fortunate to have such a diverse, interesting, kind, and all around wonderfully large family!
Dr. Josh and I genuinely love our business and what we do. And we love it, because of you.
