Welcome back, peeps! It’s February and love is in the air. Maintaining a healthy relationship takes work, and prioritizing both physical and mental health is a vital part of that equation. Couples who engage in chiropractic care and general wellness habits together often find that their bond strengthens as they support each other's health goals. Dr. Josh and I own and run our chiropractic practice together, but we also strengthen our marriage by regularly engaging in wellness goals and activities together. Dry January, cooking a healthy dinner, trying a new pilates or yoga class, or just a Sunday workout in our community gym. Whatever it is, doing it together is much more fun than alone – and of course, it brings us closer together.

Last but not least, we obviously stay on top of our regular chiropractic care routine. You know, couples who adjust [spines] together, stay together!
