Hello my wellness pals! Another month coming to an end today, is it just me or does time just move faster and faster every year? The holidays are in full swing, and as wonderful a time as that can be, it can also be quite a stressful time. During stressful times, it’s even more important to make wellness a priority in your life. In addition, during the holidays it can be a little easy to get swept up in what you want, what you don’t have, what you’re stressed about, what could be better, etc etc and forget everything you do have.
