Need to return to full health after a sports or occupational injury? Getting hurt at the gym, or during a tough day at work isn’t fun. We use science-based techniques for muscle pain relief and other conditions to help you return back to your normal life. Similar to physical therapists, we offer both physical and sports therapy treatments, so whether it’s a sport-related or work-related injury, we can help you get back on your feet.
Need help recovering from your car accident? We can help you get back on your feet and return to normal. If you’re feeling any headaches, neck pain, back pain, or leg pain from your auto-accident, we can provide you with the pain relief you need.
The tape that professional athletes use. Kinesio tape (we use the RockTape Brand) is used to help support weak muscles and joints after injuries, as well as may other musculoskeletal conditions. Yeah, we can help you recover like a professional athlete, or at least look as cool as one while recovering.
A tissue mobilization technique that helps in injury recovery. Sounds fancy, but it’s simple…it gets results. The Graston Technique is used to locate muscle knots or scar tissue that restrict your movement, and then helps restore your range of motion back to normal. We can use the Graston Technique almost anywhere on your body to quicken the pace of recovery and restore mobility. It is a technique also used by physical therapists. As one of the best chiropractors in Miami, we are trained and certified to use the Graston Technique to help your overall wellness.
A hands-on soft tissue mobilization technique that some say is more effective than massage. When the connective tissue around an area where trauma occurred is strained, it can cause pain and restrict motion. Myofascial release is a specialized technique that helps decrease pain and restore normal movement to areas that experienced physical trauma.
Remember when Olympic swimmers were covered in big circular spots a few years ago? Those were from a technique called Chinese cupping. Cupping is a technique that uses glass or plastic cups as suction devices to increase blood flow to an injured area. For centuries, cupping has been used to relieve back pain, neck pain, stiff muscles, tendinitis and many other conditions. We are one of the very few chiropractors in Miami that offer this service.
Your employees are the basis of ALL your profits. Let us bring our Miami chiropractic clinic to your office and create a customized corporate wellness program for you and your colleagues. You can have all the benefits of chiropractic care without ever having to leave the office. We can help with neck pain relief and low back pain that results from sitting at a desk for hours at a time. Back pain relief can be especially disruptive to your employees’ productivity and workplace comfort. Our services can include regular chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, yoga classes, and much more!
A healing technique that started more than 2,500 years ago and is still widely used today all over the globe. We will soon provide this ancient Chinese healing technique to help ease your chronic or acute pain.

Dr. Josh & Dr. Nichole are the founders of On-The-Go Wellness®. They are husband & wife who just so happen to be Board Certified, Licensed, Chiropractic Physicians & Certified Yoga Instructors.
After practicing with other clinics in the USA and Singapore for the almost 10 years, Dr. Josh & Dr. Nichole decided to start On-The-Go Wellness® and become practicing chiropractors in Miami to fit their active, mobile lifestyles. They were tired of working with numerous clinics that all seemed to be so focused on sales and not the patient’s best interests. So they decided to start a company that focuses on custom wellness for the patient without the large care plans or sales pitches.
Nowadays, everyone seems to be too busy to be healthy, so On-The-Go Wellness® makes getting healthy easy by offering custom chiropractic care, as well as private yoga and corporate wellness. And we’re back with more Mental Health Awareness content, just in time to close out the month. Today, I wanted to talk about something that doesn’t get talked about enough; struggling with mental health does NOT always look the same. It isn’t always obvious, and it doesn’t always look like someone crying and struggling to get out of bed. In reality, sometimes you don’t even know you’re struggling until you’re too far in.
So how can you catch yourself struggling before it gets bad? And what can you do about it? Take a look at your coping mechanisms. Be critical of the ways in which you seek joy, and spend your time, ask yourself if there’s anything you’re avoiding, ask yourself if you’re proud of your current habits. You may find that you’re utilizing unhealthy coping mechanisms, in which case it would be beneficial to dig deeper. Here are just some ways this can show up in your daily life:
Another year, another Mental Health Awareness Month (that’s May). While the observance doesn’t change, the ways in which we honor it do. In every season of life, and every year of our ever evolving world, mental health – and our experiences – evolve too. In 2022, the world is recovering from a devastating pandemic (that is not fully over, by the way), and dealing with a burnout epidemic as well as a change in the way the world views work.
The pandemic as well as new technology created a shift in the way we work; we work more, we work longer, and we often work from home. Current and recent world events have added stress, and new challenges to the way we maintain our mental health. It’s a hard world out there, and our mental health has suffered because of it. That’s just the hard reality.
So we have less time, more things to worry about, and in many cases less resources to care for ourselves. How can we prioritize our mental health? Here’s the thing; there are always things you can do to prioritize your mental health. Here are just a few small ways you can take action any day:
Work-life balance, burnout, and mental health have all been hot topics in recent years, especially with the pandemic and the resulting rise in remote work. While the flexibility to work from anywhere (or a hybrid schedule allowing some work from home days) is wonderful, it does come with its drawbacks. With remote work has come not only increased flexibility, but also decreased boundaries and work-life balance (for some, not all).
I believe that remote work is the future for many industries (though I can’t yet give you a spinal adjustment remotely – maybe one day), however I ALSO believe that work-life balance is not a goal to be achieved, or a nice to have, but a necessity. So here are 6 tips to ensure that you achieve and retain yours, so that you can be your best both in and out of work.
